DO NOT give these scammers any money. I was contacted to sell a time share, and they tried to get me to pay upfront form International license, feels etc. Said it was necessary to complete transaction. Found out The company that referee them to me R-5 Realty in New Mexico is a fraud. Escrow Management is a fraud, they don’t exist at address listed. That is a virtual office building that allows people like this company to do business there. There is no office.
