This company is not transparent about the fact that they don’t comply with state-specific telehealth laws. You will likely get a letter from a therapist who doesn’t live in your state. Depending on where you live, the letter has to be written by a therapist licensed in your state to comply with telehealth laws. If not, the letter is completely invalid. I complained about this to their customer support and was told no such law exists for my state despite there being plenty of online documentation of the law. I essentially paid them $150 for a letter that’s legally invalid. They are taking advantage of mentally ill people who can’t afford consistent mental health care but need a means to keep their emotional support animals.

promises to provide registration of ESA so animals can travel and stay with owners as emotional support. Paid $150 for required ESA owner evaluation, is a useless document and is turned down by hotel/resort destinations. So I have been scammed out of $150.
