Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was looking for a particular dress I worn to an event but the place I rented it from was not offering to sell the dress. So I went online to see if I can find the same dress for purchase. I came across stephanemeheux website in which it said that the dress I was looking for was available. The picture below is not the dress that I was looking for nor is it the correct size I needed. When I sent them a email stating I never received my purchase and that I would report them to ScamPulse.com that’s when I got a email from a Emily Brown; email address: [email protected] stating to please check the tracking number through the links. I also received a request through my paypal account requesting additional money for shipping. But I reported it through PayPal and deleted the request. Please stop these criminals from ripping off people through these fake website/ scammer.
