epg was the company that took 40 dollars from us and when i call them they keep telling me that they will escalate my request , but i never get a call back. the person i talked to kept telling me she is just a first level support and will have someone else contact me but they never do. she also hung up on me 4 times, when i asked for a manager she refused to send me to one.
