Envy Naturals advertised a free trial of a supplement (Keto Pills). They embedded an article on the Ellen Facebook page to make it look like Ellen and another actress were promoting it. The article said the actress had successfully lost weight using the product and offered a free trial. When I clicked the link to learn more, I was told you only had to pay $3.95 in shipping. It never said you would be billed for the free trial in 15 days. I agreed to pay the shipping to try the product, but before I could end the transaction another product (Garcinia) popped up offering a free trial with paid shipping. The page did not offer a link to decline the second product, so I hit the X to close out the page. They already had my bank card number from the first product that I wanted to try and they charged me for both products. I received an email for both products showing the charge of shipping. When the products came, the invoice did not show a return address or state that I would be charged after the 15 day trial. After 15 days, they charged my bank card $200 for the products. When I called the number to dispute the charges and ask for an address to return the products, they told me it was too late and hung up on me. I called three times and each time they refused to talk and disconnected the call.
