Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I have been receiving blank post cards for a ‘free’ $50 gift card. There is no return address on the card or anything. The thing that I have major concerns about and question ethically how our data was obtained was on the card. They used the name of our mortgage broker claiming she had a gift. When I called the number the answer is ‘Hello this is corporate’. They begin to talk about a free gift card and they are going to schedule a free water test and come out to our house. Apparently there was going to be a salesperson coming over. There are terms too for the visit, like my wife and I both need to be present. The whole thing is garbage and what’s concerning is they knew we had just moved into a house and they new our brokers name. I am not sure how they obtained our information, but I was tricked into calling because of the name on the card. I can provide examples of the card if requested.
