I was invited to send a proposal for a Graphic Designer job position throught Peopleperhour.com. Right after I sent it, they asked to chat via Google Hangouts (you’ll chat with some “Melina Kross”). They will do an interview, ask you for your portfolio, until you’re a “good fit for the company”. In my case, this person asked me to buy an amazon gift card for $100 and sent a picture of the card and the receipt to “make an account in the company’s database”
