Type of a scam Online Purchase

Engraved & Company advertised on Facebook before Christmas advertising metal art signs and name plaques. They showed all kinds of different signs they could make, and I stupidly ordered 3 different ones for Christmas gifts. I put the purchase on my VISA card and they took the money from my account the same day. The name for that was HB Operations LLC. I have received all kinds of emails saying that they were having issues with credit cards and then with postage and i finally realized they had scammed me. I lost $213.30! So mad at myself for falling for this!!
