Type of a scam Phishing

I wanted to report a suspicious phone call. I feel it is a scam. The caller knew my name and address. Caller wanted to help with my electric bill. Tried to make me hurry and get my bill. He asked three times. I told him I would not discuss my bill over the phone. I asked for their phone number and was told there was no number. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he was out sick. I asked for a mailing and caller hung up. I did *69 and obtained phone number 419-216-9308. I called back and reached a recording. Message stated to press 1 to be taken off calling list. I did not press anything and hung up.
