Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The Facebook page appeared on my newsfeed and the twitter ID was the real ID. I ordered a lip kit and spent $30.50. When I received the product, it is counterfeit. The product is very sticky, almost like glue. I searched videos on how to tell the difference and all signs point to fake.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered two Kylie Jenner birthday edition lip kits from this website. The total cost was $60. When the products arrived it was clear that they were counterfeit. I emailed the company, and was ignored. I found the company on Facebook and contacted them telling them that their products were clearly fake and I would be going to my bank to dispute the charges if they’re did not refund me. They told me they would fight that and I would lose. I repeated again that the products were fake and I wanted my money back. They stopped responding. I have seen three other customers with the same issue.
