Type of a scam Tax Collection

I received a call from 336-842-8018, which is a number from Winston-Salem, NC. It is an automated voice stating they are need to serve papers and will try my home or work once more. First of all, they have never tried to reach me regarding anything. Second, they used my premarried name from almost 10 years ago. When you google the number there is no legitimated business with that number. The name of the company they used was Encore Consulting Group, which there is not a business under that name with any kind of legitimate information online. The 1-877-483-9849 number they give to call is for an Encore Financial Group, which is a health insurance agent in Michigan. When you call no one answers, you receive a voicemail from someone at Encore Financial Group.

This number has called multiple times for a while so if they were going to "serve" anything it would have been done by now. If I do not answer they will not leave a voicemail. It is truly a scam and is hurting that insurance agent company.
