They claim to have a civil case against from *** ***, a debt well over the statue of limitations. They threatened to take me to court, unless I cant make settlement payment today. They threatened to come to my place of employment and current address (which is old). They knew my social and old address. They have called me multiple times threatening court.

They claim to have a civil case against from Wells Fargo, a debt well over the statue of limitations. They threatened to take me to court, unless I cant make settlement payment today. This happen to me before and I paid, and it was a scam. The company was caught, and being convicted in the state of New York .
