I am not sure if he is officially operating a scam, but it happened to several people already (you can find testimonials on groupon, his facebook page, yelp, google, and website pages about it). He books appointment and does not show up for them and refuses refunding people after. Maybe he is just very unprofessional and disorganized, but the fact that is more than one person complaining on internet that he did not refund them for the service he charged and did not offer make me raise the suspicion that he is operating a scheme. He does offer his service to some people (there are also people saying good things about him), so he is ambiguous. Hard to know if he is a scammer or just very unprofessional.
