I ordered a microwave cart from them, well two by accident. Said they where shiped only to be lost. I got a hold of them again and they said they would resend them. Guess what.. they got lost also. Now I’m trying to get my money back and they won’t respond. Anyone know what I can do?

I ordered a hutch. They kept telling me because of the pandemic it has been delayed, well today I got a package of paper face masks in the mail… I have asked for a refund but of course I am sure I will never hear from them again.

I ordered a kitchen island with 2 stools on or about May 16, 2020
I paid through paypal. I received confirmation of payment w tracking number. Supposedly it was coming from China, so I figured the shipment would take time getting here. The tracking info suggests the product came to my mailbox, “mailbox” on June 10, 2020. Never received a thing. I tried reaching their website and it came up as non existant.

I purchased 2 kitchen islands, one by mistake. I asked to cancel one order and was told they had already shipped. Never recieved either. Contacted them again and they said they missed the shipment and they would go out immediately. I asked to just cancel and refund. They responded with a refund offer of $36. I told them I would be taking legal measures.
