I had a virus about 5 years ago and responded to an email that sent me to a website and then they called me about an anti virus program for $500 which could also recover my lost files. I was desperate and purchased the software program which included Remote Control Over My Computer. I still had computer issues after they installed their program but I got my files recovered so after that I was satisfied and wanted the relationship to end.

A few months and for a few years after that they kept trying to access my computer and sell me more products through phone calls and emails that were very aggressive and harassingto me. When I investigated the company I couldn’t call them back and get the original person who promised to leave me alone. They also were Indian speaking callers and used American names which didn’t sound like their real names cause they had trouble pronouncing them properly.

They keep calling me to buy more anti virus services however I already paid them too much and don’t want their services anymore. They call and threatened to crash my computer. I think their emails may have viruses to get them back into my computer remotely.

I don’t trust them and told them to stop harassing me however they keep calling and sending emails.
