I ordered a Twin size Dinosaurs Quilt Blanket through a Facebook advertisement on November 24, 2018 (purchased via PayPal). This was to be a Christmas gift for my 13-year-old son who loves dinosaurs and needed a nice blanket for the winter. The website I purchased from indicated the item would be delivered in 10 business days, which would have given me plenty of time to receive it, wrap it, and give it to my son on Christmas day. Upon receiving little communication from the company who sold the item to me, I reached out several times via email with vague responses. The tracking number they gave me never showed up on DHL tracking, and the website I visited to order the item suddenly became unavailable. To my surprise, a package showed up at my work this morning, which was able to fit through my 2-inch x 8-inch mail slot! It had a DHLE USPS label on it, but the tracking number is not the same as the one given to me. I imagine that was meant to mislead me. The worst part is, I opened it and it was the supposed quilt I ordered. Not only is the quality poor (the picture I saw online was a beautiful well-made quilt with vivid detail), but the quilt is tiny!!! It is way too small for even my one-year-old child to use. I measured it at 34" wide by 42" long. A Twin size blanket measures at the very smallest at least 70" wide by 90" long. So you can imagine, my 13-year-old cannot use this, and the advertising was very misleading. My order information through PayPal shows that I ordered a Twin size quilt!!! I’ve contacted the seller, and no one is getting back to me. Can’t find a website. I have photos, screen shots, proof of emails. I requested a full refund as the quilt was not delivered in 10 business days as promised, nor is it even what I ordered! I know the seller will not refund me my money, so I am going to have to get PayPal involved. I hope they can reverse the charges and get me my money back.
