Type of a scam Romance

Elvin Larsson I believe posed as lee2** on a dating site, where he contacted me. He shared is from Austin TX. Within two weeks conversing in email, texts and phone calls he informed me he would be leaving for Dubai because a work opportunity arose. Within two weeks being in Dubai he asked for financial assistance. He said it is a loan. He will pay me back plus interest. I loaned him $2500 on the promise he would send me receipt of the machinery he needed (a low bed) to carry crane. He provided that within 48hrs. Within two weeks of doing work in Dubai an accident happened. He claimed one of his workers died, another was injured and that he was injured. He supplied picture of himself in hospital of injury. I loaned money again. Total loaned to him was $8100. On July 2 he text me asking for money again. That if I help him again he will now have access to his funds (1.44 M he was paid. He stated he needed financial help to pay for non-residential revenue tax before UAE gives him permission to have full access to his funds) I said, "I will ONLY consider if he proves to me his identity by providing me a selfie along with picture of drivers license, passport and work contract. We spoke over phone July 3:14pm that I researched his name, number, address etc and Im not liking what I find. In order for to help him again he must provide what I need to feel comfortable. 24 hrs goes by and he hadn’t sent anything yet. I informed him I’m done with relationship and I will move on. He text me how I have humiliated and insulted him. That he still loves me and always will. That he’s good for his word. On July 9th he text me saying that he has managed to sort himself out. That, "I should be out of here (Dubai) by latest Wednesday/Thursday depending on when he finishes up here. If you want me to come over, then text me the airport you should be landing where you can pick me up from. Otherwise I will just fly back to Austin. Get back to me urgently. I believe seeing is believing. My presence is going to speak volume. And I vow prove to you that I’m 100% for real. And will never do anything to hurt someone I’m in love with." I informed him that he would need to send me the flight info directly from the airline itself. He did not provide that. On July 11 provided what looked like an XL PDF file. I checked flight information with Flight Aware. Flight airline numbers and locations were accurate but times weren’t. I have not shared this information with him.
