Type of a scam Credit Cards

My bank, Citibank, allowed a transaction of $*** at a gas station in Los Angeles today. Sure its less than $* but that is my money and Citibank allowed Elmesiry Inc to take it. I live over 60 miles from where this transaction authorized yet I never went to LA today or yesterday pr even last month. The Elmesiry Inc has other reports against fraud, numerous reportings. This place should be shutdown and have immigration verify citizenship as it reflects on internet search they are based in United Arab Emirates. I will file an add’l complaint against Citibank, my card is physically with me yet it was allowed to presented as payment by the 76 gas station on Imperial Blvd. I shouldn’t have to stuff money in my mattress, I earned my money and Elmesiry Inc stole it. I want this business investigated they should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. I am not their first victim and won’t be their last until they are shut down and appropriately punished
