Type of a scam Online Purchase

I posted an add to sell my wedding dress on KSL Classifieds. I was contact by someone who wanted to buy my dress for the listed price. We discussed the condition of the dress over text message and then they told me that they were going to buy and resell my dress for more money and that’s what they did for a living. The lady’s name was Ellen Hetman. She told me that she was going to overnight me cash for the dress ($350 agreed on price) and then send a coworker to pick up the dress once I had received the money. A couple days later she mailed me a check (not cash) for $710. I texted her and told her she had sent too much money and asked why she wrote the check for so much. She then explained that the extra money was for me to pay her "pickup agent". I then asked her why she did not pay her pickup agent herself, to which she said she usually does but she didn’t have a chance to because she went into labor with her baby. She told me that I should go deposit the check, and then immediately go to Walmart and send a money order transfer of $350 to her pickup agent. Once the pickup agent had the money then we’d schedule a pickup. I told her I was not going to transfer money to her coworker because I was uncomfortable with that and told her that all of this seemed fishy to which she responded "everything is fine, you have nothing to worry about". I knew she was trying to scam me so I told her that I wanted her to send me an addressed and stamped letter so that I could return her check to her, I told her I’d mail it back and then she could pay her own employee and have the pickup agent pay me cash at the time of pickup. I never heard back from her again because she knew I had caught her.

I received a fake check, they wanted me to wire money to them and then this check would never had deposited any real money into my account, her name was supposedly Ellen Hetman with the phone number 405-801-9191, the return address for the check was 317 SW 62nd St Oklahoma City OK 73139, the check itself was from the American Society of Travel Agents from PO Box 820025 Philadelphia PA 19182-0025, check number 980349.
