The scammer, Ella Brook Art, placed a post of a Facebook page marketing her product. I purchased a watercolor rendering of my family for $35 on 8/9/17. I uploaded pictures of my family to her website, paid via Amex, and waited. I received an initial email stating she had received my information and it usually takes 14 days. I followed-up with the seller on 8/27/17, 9/1/17, & 9/3/17, and have had no response. I have since learned it is a scam. There are many people of Facebook who have similar stories – see below link:
