Type of a scam Debt Collections

Initially received a text message with the following “This is a message from Elite Locators regarding an open investigation pertaining to ———- to verify location information. Please contact the issuer at 888-897-3506 and reference case file xxx-xxxxx to prevent further escalation.” About 30 minutes later my sister (who is 15 years younger than I am) gets a phone call asking for me. I’ve never used my sister as a reference due to her age. Two hours later there is a call at my place of employment from Stacey staying that they will serve paperwork at job if I do not call back. I call the number and ask to speak with Stacey, I end up speaking with Donna, who then tells me there is a summons for garnishment and in order to avoid it I need to pay now but she wouldn’t give any additional information. I contacted my local sheriffs office and county clerk to verify. Was informed that this is indeed a scam. I also did a google search for both companies Elite Locators and One Financial and could not find information on either.
