Consumer recieved a letter stating 5 year imprisonment or fine for the obstrcution of delivery of the letter. It was from the Eligibility Department Assistant Center stating the consumer owed debt and they can relieve the debt. They were instructed the reciepiant to call 877-612-7014 and the person then give a sales presentation.
