I lost over $50 when I purchased a Fiery & received a hollow rubber toy… Disappointed would be an epic understatement! I’m uploading a picture, it’s an absolute disgrace…
How do I apply for a refund?

We also purchased what we thought was a fiery cuddly toy and what we received was a rubber toy you wouldn’t even find in the bargain bin at the £1 shop.

Do not buy from ElegantLife6, OurInspireLife and half a dozen fake/scam business names. They steal photos from the actual creators and use them to sell dodgy $5 plastic toys for $50-$100 or more. They also use PayPal to scam this money and. PayPal not stand behind their own scam/fraudulent customer care. There has been a TON of people scammed by these cretins.

I ordered a Firey 7 weeks ago. Package arrived today and it’s a 7 inch hollow rubber toy. I tried to go back to where I ordered it from, but it’s no longer available. Don’t fall for this scam! I should have known better.

I fell for it too. I have reported them to Trading standards and also to Action Fraud police department. It really relies on other people making complaints about them too so that they will get investigated. Doesn’t take long to just fill the forms out online so I recommend we get these fraudsters taken down.

I guess I should have known better. what I got was a stuffed animal and some cheap plastic toys.

Same exact story here. The real item they advertise is selling on Etsy for $2200

I also received the same sad little toy and not what was advertised. I put a claim into paypal so hopefully I will get refunded due to being scammed.

Payed for a real life stuffed animal with wire movable appendages and received this pathetic plastic disgrace.. pic attached.. wtf.. thanks Facebook for suggesting that I buy this… i was so excited about my labrynth stuffed animal.. so disappointing.. i can’t even… you should be ashamed for this piece of crap !

Bought this they contacted me three times about my order I finally received it and it was a eight inch frikin plastic dog toy company won’t reply back…

I have recently purchased one of these Firey dolls from elegantlife6 and what I’ve received is basically a tiny dog toy. Contacted the website and got no reply so trying to go through PayPal to get a refund.

These people are advertising that they are selling realistic dolls for cheap and that is not there own! For example, They are claiming to sell this Firey

which is a direct ripoff from a seller on Etsy.

I fell for this scam before I did a little digging. I paid via PayPal $49.94 for the doll. Once I found out it was a ripoff, I went through Paypal to get a refund and all I received back from the seller was $10.
