The same thing just happened to Me. Same product purchased ( a hanging tent for $30 and got a pet hammock you would get at the dollar store. Complete [censored]ing scam and should be prosecuted.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a swing chair for $39.80 from this company on June 3, 2020 through an ad on Facebook (shopify). It was supposed to ship within 1 week. It did not.

After several inquiries and dishonest responses, I finally received a shipment.

I did not receive the item purchased. Instead, I received a small animal hammock. It shipped from a USPS site in NY.

I opened a dispute with Paypal. The "seller" indicated that I had to return the item shipped at my expense to a company in China at a cost of $18 and when they received the item back and would decide if they would issue a refund. Paypal will not proceed further and has left it up to me to return the item.

Note: this was not a "buyer’s remorse" request to return a purchase. This was the seller’s error, and judging from numerous stalling and deceptive tactics used in response to my several inquiries, I do not trust that the error was accidental or that the seller will, in fact, refund my payment if I do invest another $18. It would have been hard to confuse a 7-foot hanging tent with a 22" piece of cloth. Any legitimate online seller will provide prepaid shipping labels on returns when it is the seller’s error.

This is the second, and possibly the third online purchasing scam on Facebook I have fallen victim to. The seller does not ship the item purchase, but some cheap and/or unuseable item of little value knowing that most likely, the buyer will choose to not "throw good money after bad" and return the incorrect item.
