Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase from this company Eggleton Inc, in Anaheim California on ebay, under the username online.parts, they took my 80.99$, provided me with a tracking number and never shipped me the product. They are shipping something cheap other then what you bought to a random address in your town and you will never get what you ordered, they have done this to many other ebay buyers for thousands of dollars as well. They supply a tracking number and it shows being delivered in your town with no proof of delivery signature so ebay sides with them in the case and you do not get your refund. I even called Fed Ex and they confirmed that the tracking number did not have my name or address on the package. They had even called me and told be I would be getting a refund but there is no record of it in your ebay messages for reference. Their ebay user name is online.parts do not buy from this company they are thieves, liars and crooks.
