Warning came up on my computer stating that I had a virus and warned me to not close the window but call 1-888-233-0847 Microsoft support to resolve the problem. When I called I asked if this was Microsoft support, and the person on the line stated "Yes". They told me that my antivirus software (Kaspersky) does not protect Windows 10. I gave them permission to take control of my computer. I think they installed Symated Software. for $499.99 plus $1999.99 for lifetime service. After looking on the internet, I found out that was a scam. I called Microsoft tech support and they verified that it was a scam..Company was edurapro, no address given.
