Type of a scam Online Purchase

My mother comes to this site to use their essay services and pays an advance of $100 for an essay she needs to have written by a two week deadline. The day before it is due, her order is cancelled and she asks me to inquire about why. I contact their customer support via their livechat feature and start to ask them questions about why her order was cancelled and that she needs a refund considering that no services were rendered to her. And that’s when the customer service person starts to IP block every computer I have, including two phones, from chatting with them. I used 4 or 5 devices to try reconnect with them, and when I would ask them why do they keep blocking me instead of trying to help me through this situation – they would just block me again on that device. I had to reset my IP address a few times in order to make sure that this was fraudulent activity on their part.

To this day, no refund and my devices are unable to access their livechat feature.

Stay far away from this site and their affiliates. Pay a friend or classmate to help you out if need be. But never come to this site!
