I do not recommend this company at all. I hope some law enforcement is looking into it. I didn’t lose much money (@ $40) but I have lost my trust. I, too, bought the VW bus cooler. And I was foolish to go for the cheapest one when presented with options. This was going to be a fantastic present for someone. Now, before I purchase something, especially through Instagram, I check out the company. I feel like a fool, frankly.

I ordered 3 robotic cats that roll over and purs when you pet them. What I got were 3 cats that are a third the size. They don’t roll over…you have to press a button to have them meow. They are NOT what I ordered. I just sent them a request for a return label. Not sure they will send one. I am mad as he! Because these were gifts for shutins. Included a pic of what was sent. How pitiful. I paid about $90 for these too.

I ordered toilet paper in April 2020 a. Sit never arrived and each time I reach out I get the same canned email reply. I wish I’d done my homework as it looks like many others have had issues with them.

The losi super rock Rey took a month to show up and when it did it was just a wal mart quality 10 dollar TV car peice of junk I got ripped off 85 dollars worst part is 40 of it my 11 year old contributed nothing about their advertisement is legit

I placed an order for toilet papers online and never got an email order confirmation form this seller and with the review I got online I believed I have been scammed. Buyers be wary!

I ordered a car from here in January and STILL haven’t got my package! Tried to get my money back and NOTHING!

-Fraud with delivery times

-Fraud to pay extra money for safe shipping

-Contact scam are mailing customer service mail that does not work, There is no address, no phone number, only an email that does not work.

They put a 30% discount offer for Christmas and I bought a Smart Robot $89 after the discount and paid a $10 safe shipment, a total $ 99, and the order did not arrive until a month later and I was surprised that what was sold to me is a different thing on the Amazon website a value $ 19 with free delivery within 3 days
