Type of a scam Online Purchase

There was an add for a product, you pay shipping and handling for a trial of a product. They ask if you want an additional product to supplement it. You say yes and in 15 days they charge you $98.99 twice. If you call and say you don’t want the product, that does nothing, they charge an early cancellation fee. The website says you have 14 days from receipt to cancel. This is not 14 days from receipt of the product, but according to them, legally this is 14 days from the date of purchase, not receipt. All for snake oil! I thought our beautiful country had moved past these sorts of scams. Obviously not. They said they would refund 30%… We will see.
