Type of a scam Government Grant

Who I thought was my grandmother contacted me on facebook one day from a new chat telling me about the citizens grant I could get. She gave me a number to text their agent to get set up with it. After i texted them, and gave my info, they said i was eligible for a grant of $18k, as long as I paid them $200 upon delivery. I said I don’t have the money, and a few days after, they texted me again to ask again if i was able to pay.
