This company advertised a remote control ball around the 1st of Dec. On Facebook. Ordered several on Dec 2nd and have received nothing. Credit card has been charged. No way to contact by phone. Email response is a complete run around. Items are supposedly still in China after one month. Trying to get a refund. No luck.
