Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

Recieved a phone call from rep at Eagle Pharmacy, part of Horizon they said, who said she had a prescription for me but needed some info to process it. I asked her the doc name and the name she provided was not familiar. When i told her that name was not my doctor’s name, she said, "Well thats what we have here!" So i asked her for the script name and she said she couldn’t give that without me providing my personal information. So I refused it. Then I called back the same number and asked who is the owner of the company, and how I can talk to someone in the corporate office to verify the validity of the call I recieved. After putting me on hold for several minutes, she explained that they dont accept incoming calls at the corporate office. So I looked up the name and see several complaints. Sounds like fraud. Dont know how they recieved my name/cell phone, and knew that my doctor had ordered a prescription for me the day before!!
