Type of a scam Employment

I believe they took my email from one of the job search websites. I’ve applied on all of them (LinkedIn, Snag-a-Job, ZipRecruiter, etc.) I didn’t respond to the email they sent me and I haven’t lost any money. They offered me a job without even a telephone call or interview. The grammar in the email is terrible so I suspected it was a scam. I can see a teenager getting caught up in this, so I hope this helps.
