Type of a scam Tech Support

I was working on my computer on 15 Nov when I got a phone call from George at E Wizard support service stating my Window 10 account is about to expire and need to check on my computer. I have an account with Summitt Tech who calls and checks up on my computer to make sure it is running without issue. I assume it was Summit Tech calling to check on my computer and make sure there was no issue and gave access to my computer. When he start taking about service charges for 2 years for $199.99, 5 years for $299.99 and life time service $399.99. I realized this is scam and told him I do not want service at this time and hung up the phone. As soon as I hung up the phone they had access to my computer, I could not get into the computer. I called back and signed a contract which states if I cancel within one week will get full refund gave them my credit card information. The company advertisement on web site states if contract is cancel within 72 hours full refund. I signed the contract and searched the company found out they already have a complaint filed with BBB, got rating F. I emailed the company both billing and customer service same day informing them cancelling the service. I also contact the credit card company same day and informed them about the issue. Despite the contract stating when the service is cancelled within 7days credit card will not be charge. The credit card was charged $399.99 on 17 Nov 2017. I was afraid E wizard support service had access to my computer may access to my personal information. My computer system was restored and got rid of all the accessory. This company has a Web site which seem legit and customer service answers phone calls. I emailed the company billing department, customer service without any response. Based on my experience it is a scam.
