Consumer reported that her 88 year old mother got a phone call while receiving dialysis at the local hospital. The caller demanded that she pay him $642.11 because there was a warrant for her arrest. The caller did not stated what the debt was for. Being afraid, the mother gave the caller her bank account numbers and last four of social security number. She then called her daughter to tell her. The daughter immediately called the police and the bank. The charges had already been sent to her mother’s bank account as pending from the company, E-State Legal Processing in Jacksonville, FL. Daughter was in process of filing fraud report with bank.
