Type of a scam Online Purchase

They were advertising electric bicycles on instagram, I purchased on and they’ve taken the money, not replied regarding refund but say it’s been delivered, but they have no proof.

Their website seems legit, however, their tracking system they have on the website is the real trick – they show the shipment going through the US various depots and then arriving in customs of your country (I live in ***, **).

It then says delivered when it hasn’t been.

There’s no way other than email to contact them.

I ordered the item on the 6th June (with a 3-5 day delivery promise) plus guarantee.

Since I’ve researched, it show that this company is scamming many people, they need to be stopped. They also state they are BB a+ accredited.
