Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Listed a bowflex work out system on ***, A guy but the supposed name of Lucas Dale contacted me about buying it. To make a long story short he sent me a fake check in another companies name and wanted me to deposit it in my account than wire his movers the remaining balance. I contacted the company and was told he has done this so many times and they have received several phone calls about it.
