This company is not American and does not honor its guarantee it simply only exploits vulnerable students seeking academic relief. These are sofisticated con artist that use phone apps to communicate with their clients . Hello people I want to back up the above claim Duty writer is a Scam ! They do not provide any address of legitimate phone numbers to contact in case of emergency. I was scammed for $1,425 the person responsible is a man named Muhammad , he will tell you his company is legit and guaranteed you A + grades etc, let me tell you I am failing miserably. That man is never on time and demands money upfront at unreasonable prices.they are not an American company and god only knows what your money is used to support. It’s unfortunate that these crooks are allowed to operate and take advantage of students seeking academic assistance and tutoring . Please do not contact this firm at all , you will be robbed blind and left disappointed and both financially and academically hurt. Please contact the better business buerou and other scam assistance agencies that can put a stop to these criminals. Your information is not safe . Please I urge anyone who has ever been scammed to report it immediately to your bank and possibly the proper authorities , his guarantee is false and simply wants money in advance and will neglect and verbally assault you for bringing up your questions and concerns . Don’t let it happen to you ! Raise awareness and have that crook refund you your money back or report it to IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT ASAP.

I contacted this person through Craigslist. They offered to provide me with a letter of support for my dispute. I paid them about a third of the agreed upon amount and the rest when I receive the requested letter within two days. After two days, I texted this person to see if they had completed my requested letter. This individual said that they needed another day. I said okay. The next day, I texted this person again and this person never replied. Eventually, I went to their website and emailed them to refund my purchase because they never delivered my requested letter. The person that replied pretended that they did not know what I was talking about, however, they had replied with the same email address as the person who scammed me. Eventually this person did not respond. I decided to call them at the phone number listed on their website and no one picked up. Shortly after my call, I received a text from the number that I called. They wanted to know what was going on. I told them and sent them screen shots of the email exchanges. The person acted like they did not know what I was talking about and that I was scammed by someone else. After I made it clear that I knew it was them, they also told me to forget their number, stop harassing them, that they would block me, that they would report me to the FBI, and eventually told me to *** off. They stopped replying and I never got a refund. Everyone has been warn. Do use this company for any reason!!! I lost $75! There is no address to contact them and the website was just created on 1/1/19
