I attempted to buy a christmas present, and when they emailed my "order verification", it barely had any details on it, which prompted me to further look at the site and there is no customer service information available anywhere, just block text Latin that’s there to fill space while you make a website. I contacted the seller twice to cancel the transaction and haven’t heard back from them.
