Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I received a text a few weeks ago askng if i wanted to make extra money but putting a decal on my car. I said yes. Today I got a check for $4980 in the mail telling me to deposit and immediately text once i deposited. It gave me a break down of the funds and said once deposited they would make an appointment for the decal guy to put it on my car. The bank is a legit bank inside of Wal-Mart. The letter came from hawaii with no return address and its signed franklin Morgan , PhD Qualitative Director.

The check says purchaser : Michael Carter

Pay to order of me and i cant make out who signed it.
