Purchased a Enchanted Rose Galaxy for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Received the item and it was broken lights do not turn on and Item is not even the correct color I choose online called the company serval times no one answers and left numerous voicemails for someone to return our calls and we have not heard from anyone. We have been trying to get our money back as company does stay online you could return product.

Ordered a gift off their website for my wife for Valentines Day. It came not as described on the website, and it was defective and in bad condition. I reached out over 5 times and no customer service representative ever got back to me. When I went searching for more information about their company online, I came across numerous Dose of Roses Scam" pages with dozens of people like me who either did not receive a product, or received damaged or faulty products with no response for customer service. Their products are not cheap, and they claim to offer returns or refunds and have made no effort to reach out. When I posed warnings on their social media pages, I was immediately blocked and my comments were removed. If you look into this you will find that their business practices are unethical and they are in the business of taking customers money and providing them with the products that they are paying for.

Their website offers flowers of varies sizes, colors and different products they sell. They were having a "special" for Valentine’s Day. I placed 2 orders over $120 and none of the orders were ever delivered. And when you email no one ever replies to you. I have emailed at least for the 2 weeks for an answer and I have not had one. Do not buy anything from them. They are scammers.

I had ordered my wife an arrangement on December 6,2019. I was advised that they were backed up and they would give me confirmation of shipment soon, on December 14, 2019 they emailed me stating my order will be shipped on December 20,2019… They took the money out of my account on 12/06/2019 and I never heard back from them after they told me i’d have a new shipment date on the 20th i have reached out multiple times and finally got the money back by disputing this transaction through my bank. I also recieved a fraudulent charge in my account for the amount of 50.00$ after i had purchased this product. Needless to say i have changed my bank account information. This buisness is a scam and they need to be shut down ! very disappointed that they took money from me when im trying to surprise my wife, when we dont have much money to begin with. Thank you for your time in reading what these cowards have done to me.

I placed an order over two weeks ago and recently contacted their support team. They told me that they are out of stock of the product I bought two weeks prior. I am furious the order cost over 40 dollars and was meant to be a gift. Not once in the two week time period did I get an email or text message (Which I signed up for) on when my package would be delivered. Now they’re telling me it’s not even processed, outrageous! They took my money instantly from my personal debit card, but can’t give me what I paid for??? They need to be shut down immediately.
