It was a hair straightener, it was advertised as very high power, amazing quality, for any type of hair straightener. It took 6 weeks to get the product and when it finally arrived it was in bubble wrap and not at all the product I ordered. I received very generic very clumsy product and of course it does not work at all. I have tried to contact the team support but after numerous of emails nothing has been resolved and they refuse to refund the money or send the product advertised and I thought I purchased. And it seem I’m not the only one they scammed there is a Facebook page dedicated to this.
