Misleading solicitation. Their email made it seem as though we already had a subscription with them that was expiring when in fact our current subscription for a URL was with another provider and not due to expire for another year. It was particularly alarming as the email dated June 28 said our URL was expiring June 30 and that we need to act immediately. The email said specifically " this will add to your current subscription with us." In fact, we had no account with this company. When we received the charge on our credit card statement we felt something wasn’t right and tried to reach out to the company. The phone number was invalid. We are on our second appeal with our credit card.
