Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I used this company to help me get unresolved student loans cleared, due to a predator school. They assured me that they would help with each piece of the process, to avoid wage garnishment by the Board of Education. I enrolled with these people in Nov 2016, paid them $599.00 up front, and once they took my $ I was sent 1 packet by them that I completed and returned as advised. After that I did not hear from them on the progression of my account at all. I started off with 1 rep, that I would constantly have to email for an update on my account, with no response. I was then passed off to a different account Rep who assured me they would again help with each piece of documentation. I emailed this rep several times to check the status of my account and to ask what the next step in the process was. This rep also would not respond to me even after I left VM and sent numerous emails. It was not until I threatened to report this operation to the ScamPulse.com that I got a response to my emails. When you call the main number it goes to a call center where they leave you on hold for 15-20 mins while they try to find someone to pass you off to. After 4 months of with no resolution, my wages were garnished, and I called to demand a status update, and to know how this happened. I was referred to a manager, who PROMISED me they would figure out what was going on and call me back within 15 mins, I never heard from him again. I called back and was immediately placed on hold, then the rep got on the phone to tell me that the GM was going to call me back in 10 mins. After 30+ mins and no returned call, I called back, at which time I was told that they were busy. It is bad enough to be scammed by a school, but then to look to these people to get help and have them scam you too, was just disgusting. I paid them $599 for them to do absolutely NOTHING for me. Their business practices are beyond unethical and illegal. They called the company holding my loan, and pretended to be me without my permission or consent. I am worse off now than I was before I did business with this company. I hope that anyone interested in using this service reads about them does some serious research 1st, as I would hate to see anyone else go through what this company has put me through.
