On April 15, 2020 to April 20, 2020 I too Paid $795 to purchase the Kitten Chloe they said I had to pay $1,280 in fully refundable insurance to ship the kitten through the fake GLAM (Global Live Animal Movers) because there were no pet safe flights to Seattle. But I found one on American Airlines and since he said he was near Lubbock TX I offered to pay him $100 to put the animal on the plane since I had already paid the shipping fee of $195. and $500 for the animal. After being told he had the animal picked up by GLAM who was supposedly located in Brownsville TX I told him I cannot afford that amount, he agreed to pay half, I said I would get back to him. So I had my husband act like a new customer interested in Chloe, and what do you know he said he had her right there and sent the same pictures he sent me with a couple extras, my husband played it off like he just found out I purchased the kitten. I told Josh (aka Christopher Gurrero) Your full of [censored] and your a scammer I want my money back, and since you were willing to pay half the shipping insurance then just give me my money back. His reply, “I was trying to sell her to pay you back” Ya right! I have filed a police report with the Bellevue Wa Police Dept. I have filed a report with the FBI IC3 (internet crimes 3 division) I have filed a report with the FTC, and BBB. I wont rest till I nail this SOB to the wall using the Legal system, as I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety and this kitten was going to be my emotional support animal. but she doesn’t exist so sad!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

We paid this person through Zelle for a kitten and the shipment. Once they had money they never responded to us again. I then proceeded to email them as a new client asking about the same kitten and they started the whole process again with me saying the kitten was available, I stated I would pick up the kitten, they gave me this false address. Then never answered be back again. I am out $745.

I have a police report against this person and I believe I have his true information. I want him to pay the legal price for what he did, as well as sue him for money lost and pain and suffering. If you want to team up let me know. [email protected]
