Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

This company claims that they would have made initial contact through one of many marketing firms which they refuse to offer the names of. They say this firm would’ve offered a $100 gift certificate in exchange for a discounted trial of their program. The friend I am writing on behalf of never received an offer of a gift certificate for anything nor would have accepted such an offer from a telemarketer. They have somehow fraudulently obtained bank information and have been charging at least 24.90 a month sometimes multiple charges for the past 11 months . When looking at complaints for this business on your website I see similar stories of people who have never signed up for the service being charged for many months with no initial contact, offer of a gift card, or authorization to begin charges. Furthermore the companies website offers no specifics on the service they are supposed to provide. They offer a very vague statement saying they offer dental discounts but no where to look at participating dentists which legitimate discount companies always offer. Again initial contact from the company was never received they just started charging without my knowledge or consent and my friend has no idea how they would’ve obtained her bank information.
