Type of a scam Online Purchase

Placed an online order on March 17th 2019. Money was taken out of my account on March 18th 2019. Waited and waited for a tracking number for a week after order was placed. Went to look at website to see if i could contact customer service, low and behold website was offline. waited a couple more days and website was still offline. Contacted Shopify because they hosted the site and was told they either went out of business or were removed due to fraudulant activities. Asked for more info on company from Shopify and never got any other information. So its been well over a month and never got my order and now I’m fighting with Greendot to get my money back. Greendot being the horrible company they are has had me jump through hoop after hoop and its going on May 4th 2019. And i have yet to see my money or my items that were ordered.
