I purchased the portable nebulizer for $44.90. IT HAS NEVER WORKED!
I’ve already sent then an email n have not received a response. Why do they sell junk n then don’t respond to me. I have copd and asthma n I thought it would be great to have a nebulizer I can take every where with me. I’m so pissed! I want my money back!

I ordered the compact nebulizer seen on Facebook. It stopped working within 2 weeks. I contacted via the online form, but no response. There is no phone number to call, and no address shown how to return defective product. Total SCAM! I’ve requested 2nd time and still no answer. I am seeking dispute resolution with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT IS POSTED ON FACEBOOK!

I saw an ad on Facebook for a portable nebulizer from Divine Booth. My husband has a home nebulizer and I thought it would be great for him to have one he could take any where he goes. So, I started the checkout process. They offered an upgrade to a self cleaning model for $5 more dollars – so I bought the enhanced model. It took a long time to receive the nebulizer! When received – it was NOT a Breathe-Right self cleaning model BUT some cheap no-name imitation that was NOT self cleaning. Contacted the company and got no where. They wanted ME to pay for return shipping and would not refund the original shipping cost either. It was THEIR MISTAKE sending me the wrong model. Went to PayPal. End result, they are making ME pay return shipping because THEY sent the wrong product. I HOPE OTHERS READ THIS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a nebulizer and carrying bag on April 30th. 3 months later, I received only the bag. I immediately reached out to the “company” and was told it would be looked into and I would be contacted, no one ever contacted me. I sent another email and was again told someone would look into it and get back to me. When no one contacted me after a couple of weeks, I sent another email asking for a refund. That request was ignored. It’s now been 4 months and I have neither received what I paid for nor received a refund or even a follow up by this company. I believe it’s just an online scam and they are stealing people’s money!

Ordered masks and nebulizer. Received the masks, they were horrible quality material, 1 had already come apart from the plastic vent piece. I emailed them about the defective masks and that I still hadnt received the nebulizer. Erica Browning responded, and refunded the masks after I returned them, but still no nebulizer. They kept insisting it was delivered on the same tracking # as the masks, but my post office confirmed that it was only 1 pkg. I submitted proof from the post office, a month went by and still no nebulizer. They refused to refund me, still insisting that it was shipped. I ended up filing a dispute with my cc and the bank refunded my money. I was satisfied about my money, but mad that divine booth got away with it. I see from the other claims that the nebulizer deal must have been a scam all along. I tried reporting them to fb but nothing happened. Moral of the story: always check reviews 1st and always use a credit card that has fraud protection.

My experience is also the same as everyone else on here ordered portable nebulizer machine and got confirmation email. 8-15 business days and then a tracking number that went to some weird parcel tracking that came from China and it said my package was returned to sender when I never even recieved it i have reached out over and over again through FB messenger telling them I even went on their post and wrote bad reviews and nothing. Its now end if june I ordered in March. Nothing but a scam.

Same as the above, ordered through a facebook ad and paid for it back in March and still nothing in June. Was sent confirmation email with tracking number. Asked for ETA a month later and received an appology email from Erica Browning saying my item was lost but they would post a new one. Since then i have emailed several times, messaged on Facebook and even left reviews. All my comments were deleted and they blocked me from commenting or messaging them. Here is what I have below.

I ordered my items on April 10th. I received a confirmation on the 17th along with a 5 digit tracking number (weird cause most tracking numbers I’ve gotten were 9-10 digits long this was the first). According to their email shipping could take approximately 8-15 days so about the beginning of May I should have received an update at least. Nope, i had to reach out to them after the 10th of May and kindly inquire about my items. I was assured they would get back to me shortly. A friend of mine whom I was gifting this to passed away on the 20th and I no longer needed the two portable nebulizers which I bought at regular price because the sale had ended already. I reached out to DIVINE BOOTH on the 22nd of May to let them know my frustration on waiting for items that never got here, items I no longer needed and requested a full refund, they turn around and reply that they will be checking with the courier on updates which at this point will be end of June 2020? Today is June 1st and I wrote them back that I again no longer need the items and will again be requesting a full refund. I was reading on their website that they offer a 30day money back guarantee. Does that start from when they ship it? Or when you receive it? Or was that the plan all along? Scam people out of their money and hold off for more than 30 days so they’re not obligated to return the funds? BOGUS company, please do not waste your time buying anything off of there. I got toilet paper and masks within 2weeks of ordering. Two nebulizers for more than a month going on 2 months is RIDICULOUSNESS!
