went to a group meeting where mannella said his method was 98% effective in avoiding back surgery.so i went ahead and paid $10,700 Cash up front out of pocket .the treatment did me no good at all and then i ended up getting neck and back surgery.he lied to me and said he would give me a partial refund witch i never got.he is still ripping people off that are trying to get some pain relief
