Well after 4 months I’ve got a full refund.
They haven’t asked for the ring back, uts not even worth the postage lol. Good luck everyone keep pestering paypal as it pays off eventually 🙂

Same as everyone else. I opened a case with PayPal on 30th July, the date keeps changing on a resolution to the poin it has just said they are contacting the seller, so vack to square one. I thought if you bought via PayPal you would be safe, but I think I won’t be seeing my money again 🤔

This happened to me also but after 4 months, I m finally getting a full refund! I had to send the ring I received back to China, postage was refunded through PayPal. Delivery was attempted, then package was returned to China sorting office, tracking info says it’s still in transit! Was giving up hope of ever getting my money back. I ordered a hammock and lounge chair. I was suspicious when I started receiving emails from the two companies through the same email address. I too received TWO cheap rings…one for each piece of furniture. The sad part is PayPal denied my claim because of the tracking number of the RINGS!

I ordered 2 zero gravity lounger chairs and received a cheap ring exactly the same as others on here. I have a PayPal claim pending atm. Although, this so called company claim they will give me a full refund if I return the ring, I am doubtful this will happen. The return address they gave is written in Chinese characters! I have emailed the company twice for an address that I can read, no response, also requested same from PayPal, as yet no response from them either! This was an FB ad, will not respond to any more ads!

I ordered a hammock on July 14th and on August 3rd received the fake gold ring. Company sent PayPal delivery confirmation number which matches package of fake gold ring. Company recently offered me 50% refund. I am filing complaint. Unbelievable that over a month later, and I’m still trying to get refund through PayPal. PayPal seems to protect the sellers like this.

I ordered a hammock on July 7th and got a cheap ring in the mail today. I thought for sure that the add was on Facebook and used PayPal to pay that it would be safe. I guess I was wrong. I have opened a claim with PayPal

The Facebook ad about a hammock turn out to be scam..i ordered n waited for almost a month plus.. N got a bloody ring today..From China.. How do we get a refund..

I ordered a Hammock from through a Facebook Ad. I tracked the package and it showed being delivered. However, I never received. I tried to find the shippers information and the shop no longer exist. On my PayPal activity, it show the sender as Qianjiang Keyun Heating Equipment Installation Department. There were no further information. I end up receiving a pkg with a California address with the name Tommy on it and inside was some sort of ring. I paid 46.98 and decided to do a Google search. Yup it was all a scam. I will be contacting Facebook as well.

I got the same ring and also ordered a hammock! I have contacted PayPal to try and get my money back as well. What a scam!

Same here ordered hammock on 11th July, today a month later a tacky brass ring marked up as $128 in a velvet ring box! Scam all over. Don’t buy from them! Reported to Paypal and Facebook.

I ordered hammock thru Pay Pal and never received it. My inquiries have gone unanswered. I would love to get a refund.

I also ordered a hammock and got the cheap ring. On inquiry they said was deliver via USPS and they told they never received it. It seems with so many complaints something can be done.

I purchased a 2 hammock through one of the facebook advertisements. Almost a month later, I receive a fake ring in the mail. I thought it was all good because the purchase went through Paypal but nope! I was really excited about the hammock, but I would love my $77.98 back!

I purchased 2hammocks from them and received a cheap ring from China. The name was from a Tony.
The tracking number said the hammocks were delivered on 7/27 and I never received them. I have emailed them and no response.
